All products are print-on-demand, which means they are made just for you after your order is placed. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as new releases or pre-orders), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always notify you of any significant delays via email.

🌍 International Shipping

📦 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–72 hours.

🧾 Lost or Stolen Packages

Turtlevania Games is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If you believe your package has gone missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or your local post office

• Verifying your shipping address was correct

• Waiting an additional 24–48 hours (sometimes packages are scanned prematurely)

🖤 Pre-Orders and Limited Releases

If your order contains pre-order items, it will ship once all items are in stock and printed. To receive in-stock items faster, we recommend placing separate orders.

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at contact@turtlevaniagames.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent to print or shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address.
